      • "If the Russians are trying to get back where they were in the 50s and 60s with their financial issues they are in for a disappointment. Also they are thinking the wrong way. Moon first, then Mars. We need the moon for a jump point." -silvereagle2061
      • "Bottom line is without getting attacked by a species from somewhere out in deep space, we will never see large scale ships like those in sci-fi movies. We humans need a common enemy to hate in order to put our petty differences aside and get along." -Pitviper1979
      • "RE MagLev to space: Being a static structure, does that not restrict you to launching payload into only the one orbit(inclination) ?" -hairball1975
      • "Dragon was surprisingly big inside like the Orion so they probably could fit a bathroom in it if needed. But on Armstrong complaining about Spacex he's wrong on this one as commercial vehicles like Dragon,CST-100,and Dream Chaser are absolutely necessary to do mundane things like LEO transport so NASA can concentrate on exploration. Otherwise Orion is forced to be a jack of all trades like the Shuttle and there simply will not be money for things like Nautilus-X or even a lunar lander." - Membrane556
      • "i dont see russia doing this, i just cant." -DaanGFX
      • "You say international cooperation in space is worse than national efforts. That's true but only for government run programs like the ISS. It's like everything that's wrong with big government multiplied by X. Private international cooperation is completely different. Where was your iPhone designed, assembled, components coming from? Why is it cheaper this way than building everything in a single country? Free trade and division of labour combines the best of countries, not the worst like Govs." -ungerik
      • "While I love the idea that the Russians are planning big things in space, the question people need to ask is: "Are they putting their money where their mouth is?" I think the Russians could do this if they funded it." -U5K0

[edit] Producer Notes/Live Show Contact Information

  • I am trying something new this show. To better line future Spacevidcast shows up for television re-broadcast as well as to help generate more revenue we will be airing multiple commercial breaks. The target commercial time will be every 14 minutes. We'll try for a 42 minute show plus commercials which will bring us around 50 minutes before we add in the YouTube mid-rolls.
  • Spacevidcast epic subscribers won't get the YouTube pre, mid or post rolls and they can fast forward through any in-stream commercial they like. All others users must watch the in-stream commercials.
