      • "I know so far USA is so strong that you might feel it will never happen. But, if you have NASA building it, the technologies, discoveries and all will remain under US control. While if you have a private company doing it, if you happen to remove the government money, they could turn for other Countries for funding. If you have a good return on investment to come (money, strategic or other), I will tend to keep it under public, NASA." -fcycles
      • "When will everbody finally just stop messing around and realize that the only viable way to progress far past the boundaries we have set is going to have to be in an international effort, and as long ad you waste resources on multiple failing ideas, nothing will go anywhere. . . yeah we probably won't reach mars for another 35-40 years. :(" -MrThepablosanchez
      • "BTW, in terms of Brazil becoming a major spacefaring nation, I think they certainly have the best shot of anybody besides the current "space club" that has manned spaceflight. Brazil does have an astronaut corps (they flew on the Space Shuttle) and they have components on the ISS. I wouldn't rule them out completely, and they should be kept on anybody's radar in terms of nations to watch for future developments. The key to Brazilian spaceflight is a strong Brazilian economy though." -GlanderBrondurg
      • "Glad i subscribed." -TheDunhagen
      • "At least someone is ambitious. Helps to have a goal and a plan. And ferry our astronauts. They got us by the gonads." -David Rück
